Simon joined Dyson in 2000 when it was small and exciting business. With fresh thinking and a focused approach he rapidly became a leader within Research, Design & Development. Working closely with Sir James Dyson he developed new vacuum cleaner technology and worked on the Dyson washing machine project before being appointed head of new categories product development. Over his fourteen years at Dyson, Simon lead a number of teams including the engineers who invented the Air Multiplier fan.
